Goals
- Rapid urbanization has led to a range of challenges in cities, including overcrowding, traffic congestion, pollution, inadequate public services, and social inequality. These populations are filled with a plethora of young “urban mindz,” our Black Gold.
- We want to create a city that is popular in technological advancement, with all the amenities and necessities for their growth and development. This will become their “Incubation hub.”
- Many urban areas struggle to provide essential services and infrastructure to meet the demands of their growing populations.Additionally, traditional approaches to urban development often lack coordination and fail to consider the long-term sustainability of resources.
- The absence of integrated solutions hinders cities from reaching their full potential, leaving communities vulnerable to economic and environmental challenges.
- Approximately 200 acres of land will be required to prepare each city with sustainable energy sources as well as the build-out of the Smart City itself. These Smart Cities will be designed to focus, support and integrate our true “Black Gold” into self-sustaining communities that produce the best human assets of Sierra Leone.
